The Sacrament of Anointing is one of healing for the sick, those who are near death, those who are preparing for surgery, and those who suffer mental distress.  It follows what is said in the Letter of St. James, “Are there any who are sick among you?  Let them send for the priests of the Church and let the priests pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord.”
Anointing of the sick is available at any time.  Contact the office to get a time set up with the pastor.
